Its a bad word, "Immediate" and I'll tell you why: whatever the source of the spend, ALL spends are immediate according to the common definition of the word. Whether you are drawing momentum from a successful roll or from the pool, in both cases you are doing so *immediately*. The single tiny word, causes so many problems. I am not sure what word could be used instead, it's not a bad description. "You can use it immediately without needing a test first."
